The Bellevue Downtown Ice Rink presented by Symetra is committed to putting the health and safety of our guests and staff first. We have made several changes to our operations to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone coming to the rink.
With this in mind, we cannot do it on our own; we need everyone to do their part in helping us achieve a safe and successful 2021-2022 skating season. The ice rink structure is classified as an “OpenAir 2” facility with mesh side openings allowing for all air flow and all-weather skating. Vaccination cards are not required but masks will still be enforced for all visitors and staff (regardless of vaccination status) unless eating or drinking.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
All high touch surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis
Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the rink
Daily staff health screenings will be done prior to each shift
Rental skates will be cleaned, sanitized, and set aside to properly dry between each use
Skating bumpers will be cleaned and sanitized between each use
Online ticket sales will be available this year to help you plan ahead and help limit wait times at the rink. Tickets will be sold online at a length of stay for 2 hours to help us keep our capacity under control. If the time slot becomes sold out, guests will have to wait until the next 15-minute slot opens.
